This article basically just tells you all the good stuff we've been trying to tell you about working out in your Target Heart Rate zone -- but does it in a much clearer way.  It uses a different model - more generalized -- of calculating Target Heart Rate Zones than we do in the challenge, but you'll get the gist. And you can calculate a more individualized target heart rate by using our handy dandy Target Heart Rate Zone Calculator.
